  APPALLING AFTER CARE.
  We purchased a motorhomes from this company in 2016 but have held back from placing a review in case we had to return for work doing(last resort).
  Our bad experience started as we were handed the van keys..literally, the fob was faulty. It had been taken apart and not put back together correctly. When pointed out, I was informed it was our problem.
  Upon inspecting the vehicle we noticed the following...scratch down face of tv. TVMH caused the damage. No cab carpets, awning handle, boiler flue cover, the brackets on lounge table were loose. Our Satelite system was swapped but wouldn't work, there was a cable missing which we had to pay for, admittedly we were reimbursed after much debate,(taken elsewhere to correct the issue).
  My major issue was the unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls. I was made to feel guilty for having the audacity to ring up and complain.
  A typical example of a company that play the game until you're handed the keys.
